The implementation of a clearly customer-centric Integrated Management System by identifying their requirements and expectations and the product requirements, while also identifying Occupational Hazards arising from the fulfilment of these.
Identification and assessment
The identification and assessment of legal, regulatory and other applicable requirements to the processes over which the organisation can exercise a direct control, in particular those related to product requirements and occupational health and safety hazards.
Optimal management
The optimal management of resources, fostering the implementation of the best available technologies and the most suitable infrastructure to ensure the fulfilment of the objectives.
Search
Constantly searching for information on the progress, amendments or current trends of both suppliers and customers and other stakeholders.
Communication
Maintaining a dynamic system based on information, participation and quantification and continuous training of personnel, fostering a permanent communication strategy both internally and externally.
Identification, assessment and reduction
Identifying, assessing and reducing risks to the health and safety of our workers to an absolute minimum, adopting control measures and continuously verifying their adequacy. With the aim of ensuring the fulfilment of these principles and guaranteeing continuous improvement and commitment.
